Beginner’s Yoga (Virtual)

The VB Strong Center and instructor Amanda Hamp invites you to enroll in this VIRTUAL morning class.
The instructor focuses on gradually postures. Body movement is slow and easy moving in and out of each pose and finishing with a holding position. Overall body function is supported through preparation and fluid entry into various postures. Each move will assist the joints, muscles, and connective tissue and provide overall nurturing and protection to the body. This class is designed to help people recovering from injuries, experienced trauma, and stress from daily life. Increase your mobility and feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. Recommend you have a yoga mat or blanket, and 2 yoga blocks.
