VBSC invites you to participate in a discussion to explore ways trauma survivors can support their healing outside of therapy.
Please join the VB Strong Center for a discussion on Burn-out prevention and tips for maintaining a healthy work life balance. With many changes happening around us on the daily it can lead to an unhealthy work-life balance and burn out for others. Learn how to spot the signs of burnout and how to better properly handle it.
This program will be provided via Zoom platform. Registration is required prior to receiving the login information.
