Support Group: What to Know and What to Anticipate

Join the VB Strong center to gain a deeper understanding and what to expect about support groups. In this session, take part in an informative discussion to increase your understanding of the benefits, possible risks, focus and structure of a support group. This presentation will also cover the difference between group therapy and support group support.
This program will be provided via WebEx or Zoom platform. Registration is required prior to receiving the log-in information.
