VBSC invites you to participate in a psychoeducational workshop designed to provide information, support, and resources to improve your overall health.

This psychoeducational workshop is sponsored by the VB Strong Center in collaboration with Diya Holistic Life Care.

In this workshop, you will learn about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE’s). The ACE’s have been experienced by everyone in some capacity or another in life. This workshop and time together allows for exploration on how ACE’s affect our adult lives in overall physical, emotional, and mental health. ACE’s can often help us make sense of experiences that shape us and to understand others as well.
