Learn ways to improve your relationships with others and decrease feelings of stress, guilt, and shame, associated with porous boundaries. Understand the importance of setting healthy boundaries and think about how to implement boundaries within all major settings. Practice effective strategies to support implementing healthy boundaries in your daily life.
