**This class requires the following materials: 2 tennis balls and a tube sock, or a Yoga Tune Up Therapy Ball Pair in Tote (this item can be found online)
Explore new ways to relieve tension in parts of the body that are used a lot or in fixed positions for a long time through this pain management technique that is really good for the neck, shoulders, arms, head, jaw, lower back, hips, quads, calves, and feet.
All programming will be provided via WebEx or Zoom platforms. Registration is required prior to being provided the log in information.
