Yoga for Anxiety & Insomnia

Join us for a movement & guided meditation practice at the end of your Monday.
We will start with 40 minutes of asana (movement) and pranayama (breathwork) to burn off the restless energy, anxiety & stress you may have at the end of your day. Then we will dive deep into guided meditation and learn to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the mind, body and emotions.
This class is meant to improve flexibility & increase strength of the entire body from head to toes. If feeling depleted, this class will increase mental and emotional strength, confidence and focus. For those who have trouble sleeping, our students report that this class will help you wind down for a good night’s sleep.
All programming will be provided via WebEx or Zoom platforms. Registration is required prior to being provided the log in information.
