Are you interested in therapy or unsure if you should pursue it? Join us in a discussion and information session where we will explore barriers, myths and tips for choosing a therapist. You will be able to ask questions that you have about the process while also gaining knowledge to make your choice with confidence.

Maybe you are unsure if you should see a therapist, that is ok. We will discuss some common reactions to stress and trauma as indications that you may benefit from therapy. Finding a therapist can be difficult, but you are not alone.

This program will be provided in-person at the VB Strong Center.  Registration is required prior to attending the class.
