Strength in Community Series: Self-Care: Essential Oils a Supportive Method of Healing 101

Learn the basics of how essential oils stimulate olfactory nerves and sends signals to regions of the brain that control emotional responses. Let your sense of smell connect you to positive feelings to unwind the mind, body and spirit. We will test many oils during our time together and end with a meditation using your favorite oils.
