VBSC invites you to participate in the a discussion on ways to silence the inner critic and improve your positive self-talk.
Studies suggest, positive affirmations can help us to respond in a less defensive and resistant way when we’re presented with challenging and painful situations. Positive statements and affirmations are designed to encourage an optimistic mindset and build your self-confidence.
This program will be provided via Zoom platform. Registration is required prior to receiving the login information.
