Self-Care: Creating A Self-Care Plan

It is often difficult to consistently follow a personal self-care plan; however, self-care practices increase overall well-being, helps you to maintain professionalism at work, and reduces stress at home. Participants will identify activities and practices that support self-care and create an individualized self-care plan.

All programming will be provided via WebEx or Zoom platforms.  Registration is required prior to being provided the log in information.
