Creating art helps to reduce stress, increases mindfulness, and gives expression too hard to communicate thoughts and feelings. Participants will create an expressive painting on canvas/paper to convey thoughts or feelings.

*This program will be provided in-person at the VB Strong Center.  Registration is required prior to attending the class.
