This educational program is offered by NAMI and is not a sponsored event by the VB Strong Center.

The program runs for 8 free sessions starting on Jan. 12 through Feb. 23, 2023 every Thursday from 6:30pm-9:00pm. The program is for family, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions and challenges. The program is a designated evidenced-based program.
