Discuss and explore ways to support how to lead in times of trauma. Learn what compassionate leadership is and how to connect with others as a compassionate leader. Gain awareness on the benefits of workplace compassion. Also, explore what symptoms that can be experienced and what to look for after trauma from a leadership standpoint.

It is not necessary to attend part 1 before attending this session which is part 2; however, attending both sessions would be beneficial for a leader, manager, or supervisor looking to enhance abilities to lead with compassion and increase awareness on trauma.

**This class is for supervisors, managers, and all individuals within a leadership position as a current and retired City Employees and VB Schools Employees.
