Increase social connection. Join the Virginia Beach Strong Center for an evening of dancing to reduce stress and improve mood. This class require no previous experience.  Wear comfortable clothing and comfortable closed toe shoes (athletic recommended).  This is solo line dancing and no partners are needed. If you can do the Electric or Cha Cha Slide you are ready!

All programming will be provided via WebEx or Zoom platforms.  Registration is required prior to being provided the log in information.
