Discovering Your Self Value

Learn about the benefits of compassion and love for ourselves and how these two components ca support reducing anxiety and depression symptoms.  Learn how to put yourself first when you need extra support and avoid becoming drained with everyday responsibilities and the changes that we undergo throughout life.

All programs take place via WebEx or Zoom platforms.  Registration is required in order to send participants the log in information.
