VBSC invites you to participate in a discussion to explore ways trauma survivors can support their healing outside of therapy.
Please join the VB Strong Center for a discussion on navigating challenging emotions.
Strong emotions can be overwhelming to experience and can result in suppression of feelings. Learn how to sit with challenging emotions while making optimal decisions and strengthening your relationship with yourself and others.
This an in-person program. The location is Landstown Commons Shopping Center 3388 Princess Anne Rd Suite 2000, Virginia Beach, VA 23456. Registration is required prior to attending this program.
