Increase social connection. Join the Virginia Beach Strong Center for an evening of dancing to reconnect with old friends, make new friends, reduce stress and improve mood. The classes are called “Latin Line Dancing”.  This class require no previous experience.  Wear comfortable clothing and comfortable closed toe shoes (athletic recommended). This is solo line dancing and no partners are needed. If you can do the Electric or Cha Cha Slide you are ready!
