The VB Strong Center in partnership with Catholic Charities presents: 5/31 Heals Support Group!

This group will meet in-person bi-weekly for seven weeks. The “5/31 Heals Support Group” is a specific support group designed to assist individuals 18 and up that were directly impacted by 5/31/19. If you are interested please call or send an email. Registration is required to include a pre-screening questionnaire and seating is limited. This group will be facilitated and co-facilitated by mental health professionals.

The group is opened, but not limited to, family members and loved ones of the victims and survivors. Individuals working inside building 2  at the municipal center the day of the incident. Contractors, visitors, and customers accessing the building on 5/31/19. As well as, anyone in close proximity of building 2.

The “5/31 Heals Support Group”  will focus on identifying positive coping skills, psychoeducation, and resources to address and/or decrease symptoms related to 5/31 while increasing peer-to-peer support.
