The VB Strong Center in Partnership with Sentara Healthcare respectfully invites you to come, connect, and share your reflections in this special support group “5/31/19 Four Year Remembrance Support Group: Where are We Now!”

A licensed therapist from the State of Virginia will facilitate this group. This group will focus on identifying positive coping skills, providing support, resources, and provide an opportunity for reflection within a safe and non-judgmental environment.

The group is intended to provide a safe environment for to support survivors, victims, family members and loved ones, and first responders.

Group attendance is confidential. We encourage everyone to register, as seats are limited for this group. Group capacity is 8 to 10 people.
